At Premier Executive Trailer, we have our process down to a science. Our family has been doing this for years. We know what works to keep our customers satisfied. We believe that our company plays a big part in the amount of stress you feel during a life transition that requires storage. Our team does everything possible to make renting a portable storage unit as seamless as possible.
It’s super simple. A customer can call the office, come into the office, or email us to find out the prices of portable storage units. If the storage container is available that they need, our staff will collect your information (i.e., billing info, delivery/site address, email address (for invoicing), phone number, placement, etc.). We will then enter your information into our system. Once everything is in the system, the delivery of the portable storage container is scheduled for within two days. Depending on volume, delivery might take a bit longer, but never more than five days. Each customer is called at least one hour before delivery.
